Karen Hansen

Associate Executive Director

Karen Hansen is the Associate Executive Director of 15-LOVE, supporting strategic growth, community partnerships, and expanded access to year-round youth programming. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, including leadership roles at Blood Cancer United and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Karen holds a master’s degree in sport management and administration and a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from East Stroudsburg University.

She lives in Niskayuna with her wife and three sons.
